Jeffrey Golden Hochman
2008-2009 Jeff Hochman was employed by MPRI, a Department Of Defense organization. He was deployed to Iraq for Operation Enduring Freedom. His job was to identify, exploit and defeat insurgent / terror networks involved in and around Al-Anbar Iraq. He was tasked to USMC RCT 5 working with USMC, U.S.Army, and Naval Special Warfare as the Team Leader/ lead investigator on insurgent/terror networks. This includes IED networks, suicide bombings and other kinetic events. 1991-2008 (Retired) NOPD Detective Sergeant Hochman has been assigned to different units as both a task force Sergeant and a Detective Sergeant. During his task force command he was in charge of officers who conducted proactive felony arrest and high-risk entries. As a Detective Sergeant he has been the commander of Robbery/ Homicide units, conducting and supervising the investigations of armed robberies and homicides. He was the commander of the Detective Units Intelligence Squad, and the Departmental liaison for all cell phone tracking related investigations. He was also in charge of the Sixth Police Districts Federal BATF V.C.I.T (Violent Crime Impact Team). This is a task force of New Orleans Police, A.T.F, and D.E.A agents. For the last several years of his career He was the commander of the FBI / NOPD Field Intelligence Gang / Organized Crime task force. 1987-1990 Hochman was employed in the State of Alabama with the Pickens County Sheriffs Department, and the Demopolis Police Department. During this time Hochman was undercover and was responsible for self initiated Narcotics group infiltrations and Weapons purchases
Roman Vladimirovich Romachev
Roman has more than 12 years of experience in security and business intelligence. He completed hundreds of successful projects in the field of competitive intelligence. He wrote dozens of articles on key topics on business intelligence, in cooperation with colleagues published two books. He is a member of a number of organizations:
MAJ GEN DPS RAGHUVANSHI, AVSM (International Fellow, US Army War College, USA)
He held prestigious appointments in Indian Army and in Cabinet Secretariat under the Prime Minister Ms Indira Gandhi and was Additional Director General Military Intelligence under the Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. Maj General DPS Raghuvanshi is an International Fellow, US Army War College and was also teaching Faculty at US Army War College, USA. He commanded a battalion, 4th Kumaon in insurgency area and commanded a Mountain Brigade and a Mountain Division amongst other appointments. He also served in United Nations Emergency Force in Gaza in 1959-60 and was UN Administrator of Lebanon. He was wounded in 1965 war.
Maj General DPS Raghuvanshi has over 3 decades of experience in Indian Army in Mountain, Jungle, Desert Warfare and Counter Insurgency, Counter Terrorism Operations. He was commissioned in the elite 4 Kumaon and was the first officer of the Indian Army to receive colors for 4th Battalion of the Kumaon Regiment which was the first unit in the Indian Army to receive the Colours from late President Dr. Rajendra Prasad on 8 April 1961, when Capt (later Maj Gen) DPS Raghuvanshi, received the Colours on behalf of his Battalion. Our new Colours were presented by the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and President of India, Dr V V Giri at Ranikhet on 27th October 1970.
After retirement he was Managing Director of an Australian Consortium and Director for Sir Edward Dunlop Hospitals India Ltd and Silhouette Films Pvt Ltd.
